The pro\u00adgram <strong>Creep\u00ader<\/strong> jumped from one sys\u00adtem (run\u00adning the oper\u00adat\u00ading sys\u00adtem Tenex) to anoth\u00ader and just print\u00aded a mes\u00adsage on each console.<\/li><li>The team <strong>Nema\u00adtode<\/strong> is a term for mal\u00adware, which removes oth\u00ader malware.<\/li><li>The soft\u00adware <strong>Reaper<\/strong> was cre\u00adat\u00aded by Tay Tom\u00adlin\u00adson in the mid-1970s which was a demon\u00adstra\u00adtion to share ressources over mul\u00adti\u00adple sys\u00adtems. It per\u00adformed a task (like remov\u00ading <em>Creep\u00ader<\/em>) and prop\u00ada\u00adgat\u00aded itself to con\u00adnect\u00aded systems.<\/li><li>The first virus called <strong>The Wab\u00adbit <\/strong>was cre\u00adat\u00aded 1974 by Elmer Fudd. (The name is derived from <em>rab\u00adbit<\/em>.) It is basi\u00adcal\u00adly a fork bomb which crashed the system.<\/li><li>The first tro\u00adjan called <strong><span class=\"caps\">ANIMAL<\/span><\/strong> was writ\u00adten 1975 by John Walk\u00ader. It was a game for guess\u00ading ani\u00admals, but it has also a sub\u00adrou\u00adtine which copies itself in every oth\u00ader direc\u00adto\u00adry the user had access to.<\/li><li>One of the first micro\u00adcom\u00adput\u00ader virus\u00ades was <strong>Elk Clon\u00ader<\/strong>, writ\u00adten 1982 by Richard Skrenta. It was a boot sec\u00adtor virus. It copied itself to each disc a user added into the com\u00adput\u00ader. At the 50th start of the game <em>Zig Zag<\/em>, it showed a&nbsp;poem.<\/li><li>The worm <strong>Mor\u00adris Inter\u00adnet Worm<\/strong> was cre\u00adat\u00aded 1988 by Robert Tap\u00adpan Mor\u00adris. It should expose secu\u00adri\u00adty vul\u00adner\u00ada\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties in aca\u00add\u00ade\u00adm\u00adic net\u00adworks, but failed to check if it was already installed, so the worm installed on many sys\u00adtems mul\u00adti\u00adple times and per\u00adformes a denial of ser\u00advice.
